3. User Conduct
By using the ALIS webapp, you agree not to:
- Attempt to "game" or manipulate the assessment results through automated scripts.
- Scrape, crawl, or spider any part of the website for data collection.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website.
- Use the assessment to harass or profile other individuals without their explicit consent.
4. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The 200-question assessment, the algorithms used to calculate results, the branding, and the website content are the exclusive property of ALIS.
- Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view your results and use the webapp for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell the assessment questions or the underlying methodology.
5. Termination of Service
- User Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through your dashboard.
- Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ALIS at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or are using the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
